You’re welcome to bring your own snorkeling gear! The bay has clear waters where you might spot colorful fish and possibly even sea turtles. However, snorkeling equipment isn’t provided, so pack your own mask and fins if you want to explore underwater.

Pack your swimwear (wear it under your clothes), a towel, sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat. Bring a light change of clothes if you want to feel fresh after swimming. Don’t forget your camera or phone – you’ll want photos of those whale encounters! Everything else is provided.

Yes! You can cancel up to 24 hours before departure for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows cannot be refunded, so just make sure to let us know in advance if something comes up.

The Neptuno is a stable yacht, and the waters around Tenerife’s southwest coast are generally calm, especially compared to open ocean conditions. That said, some people are more sensitive to motion. If you’re prone to seasickness, take preventive medication about an hour before departure.
